Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Motion, operated by Motionflow Labs LLC (“Motion,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Motion, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Motion is

Motion helps you plan local outings: an AI generator builds itineraries from your preferences, checked against real places, and a manual builder lets you assemble a plan from places you've saved. You can save places, keep albums, share plans publicly, and see what others in your area are doing.

Motion is currently in beta. Features can change, break, or be removed without notice while we're building it out.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Motion
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • One account per person — don't create accounts for others without permission
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account

AI-generated plans

Every stop in a generated plan is checked against Google's real business data before it's shown to you — we don't ship invented places. Even so, details like hours, availability, or whether a place is still open can be wrong or out of date by the time you go. Always use your own judgment, and check ahead for anything time-sensitive (reservations, event tickets, opening hours).

Your content

You own what you create on Motion — your adventures, photos, comments, and reviews. By posting public content, you give Motion a license to display, distribute, and store it as part of running the app (showing it in Discover, on shared links, and so on). You can delete your content, or make a public adventure private, at any time.

Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, and Motion has reporting tools (for adventures, photos, comments, and users) that feed into that review.

Community conduct

  • Be honest in reviews and place feedback
  • Don't impersonate other people or businesses
  • Don't scrape, spam, or use Motion to build a competing dataset
  • Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or its AI systems

Third-party places and services

Motion surfaces information about real businesses via the Google Places API, event listings via Ticketmaster, and (where available) reservation links via OpenTable. We don't operate these businesses or platforms and aren't responsible for their accuracy, availability, or your experience with them once you leave Motion.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users. If we do, we'll try to tell you why.

Disclaimers

Motion is provided “as is,” especially during beta. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every AI-generated suggestion will be perfect. Use your judgment when planning real outings, especially anything involving travel, cost, or other people's time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Motionflow Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Motion, including a bad recommendation, a business being closed when the app said it wasn't, or issues with a third-party service Motion links to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Motion changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Motion after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
